Believe it or not, you might be able to sell your used tires. If they are in usable shape, but simply need a patch, a junkyard might be willing to buy them from you in order to repair and then resell them. In fact, you can actually make quite a bit of money selling used tires to the right junkyard if you shop around to find one that will pay a decent price. Some people have used this to bring in a secondary income for their families, placing ads in the local papers collecting other people's used tires for free, and then reselling them to a local white nissan maxima.

Advertise your car. If you're not satisfied with the offers from the salvage yards, you may be able to make more money by selling it directly. You can advertise on Craigslist or some other website, giving details about your car. Include photos and be honest about the car's condition. Put down an asking prices such as $500 or OBO for "or best offer" and wait for people to contact you. One man's junk is another man's treasure -- you could be holding a classic that would be worth a mint once it has been restored.

It is when you get to that point, that opportunities will just start "popping into your head". It is crucial that you take notes when an answer excites you. Right at that moment, you might think that you will not forget it, but we all forget things, even very important things. Make notes of your thoughts and include any thoughts that you might have about the other three elements. Give your possible opportunity a name, as by doing this you give the opportunity a mental anchor and summarise it to its essence. You will remember it better, and your subconscious mind will work harder to expand it from the essence of the possibility, to a more complete vision of the opportunity.

Don't keep tools in the garage- if you have the room inside, keep tools out of the garage. Most "fix it" projects happen in the home- keeping your tools nearby helps get these simple, small projects done.

Many times I do hunt for my Mercedes car parts in the Mercedes junkyard parts and I have not been disappointed at all. Instead of having to dig deep in my wallet, I bag a bargain in this sort of places. The point is that, there are certain car parts that never go out of fashion.
